UNFAIR COMPETITION

The term “unfair competition” is defined by a law. An act of unfair competition is an act contrary to legal regulations or the principles of morality, or an act which infringes or poses a threat to the interests of another entrepreneur or client.

Finding out that our company has been a victim of unfair competition, hence proving this before court, is not always easy and requires the presentation of specific evidence.

We support and help our clients in obtaining such evidence.
To this end, our detectives run activities with the application of appropriate operational techniques such as controlled purchase, registration of audio and video material on the premises owned by the person suspected of unfair competition.
